flash.live acts as a travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation, packages and related services on behalf of third‑party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not the final supplier of these services.
All prices are per person/couple as indicated, in Indian Rupees, and are subject to change based on currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges or supplier pricing until booking is confirmed.
flash.live is not liable for acts, errors, or defaults of any airline, hotel or third‑party supplier, or for delays, cancellations, strikes, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or similar events, flash.live will assist in rebooking or claiming supplier refunds but cannot guarantee outcomes governed by third‑party policies.
All content on this website, including text, graphics and the flash.live name and logo, is the property of flash.live and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled for bookings made through flash.live.
Because flash.live books flights, hotels and packages through third‑party suppliers, refunds are ultimately governed by the cancellation policy of the relevant airline, hotel or tour operator, in addition to our own service terms below.

*Excludes non‑refundable components such as certain flight fares, visa fees and peak‑season hotel bookings, which follow supplier‑specific terms communicated at the time of booking.
If an airline, hotel or operator cancels or significantly changes your booking, we will notify you promptly and assist with rebooking or pursuing a refund from the supplier on your behalf, in line with that supplier's policy.
Some fares and rates are explicitly marked "non‑refundable" at the time of booking. These are excluded from all refunds except where required by law or airline/hotel goodwill policy.
Send a written cancellation request via WhatsApp or email to refunds@flash.live, including your booking reference. Refund requests are processed only in writing, not verbally over call.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment, though supplier‑side refunds (airlines/hotels) may take up to 45 days depending on their internal processing timelines.
In cases of government travel bans, natural disasters or similar events, refunds will follow the applicable supplier policy; where suppliers offer credit notes instead of cash refunds, we will pass on the same terms to you.
Date changes made 7+ days before departure are free of charge on most packages, subject to fare difference and supplier change fees, if any.
